This sofa designed by Patricia Urquiola for the Italian manufacturer B&B Italia . The design of this modern seating furniture is unusual than the common sofa. The Bend Sofa has curvaceous albeit monolithic form. Like a sculpture, the form comes from a study of 3-D models and digital research. The sofa has backrest that is irregularly shaped, but without compromising comfort. This contemporary sofa is curved modules which assembled starting with the seats, ottoman and corner elements. The Bend Sofa also offers flexible composition solutions, including small linear versions, corner solutions or a spectacular (non-necessarily domestic) version that can fill a space with double-sided seating arrangements.
