An Italian furniture firm Poltrona Frau created the new style of armchair. The Archibald Armchair looked like old-school look, but in a modern way. Jean-Marie Massaud designed the armchair design. It showed a sleek, high back rest and deep seat that made to sink in.
The luxurious leather upholstery was covered simply yet elegantly, with little accent or adornmen. But the stitching contrasted along the seams, and a few chic, strategic folds in the fabric.
