In the collaboration with MOROSO, an exhibition “TWILIGHT-Tokujin Yoshioka” was placed at MOROSO Showroom. At the exhibition, an installation “TWILIGHT” and a series of chairs named “MOON”, would be showed.
The installation “TWILIGHT”, releasing the infinitive light rays in the white space, established a scene as if the light breaks through the cloud, and the crepuscular rays pour into the ground. The crepuscular rays became a beautiful natural phenomenon known as angel’s ladder. This heavenly light described the chair “MOON”. The light showed on the surface of the unique chair and unrevealed the beauty of the textures exists in the various white materials.
This chair called Moon for Italian brand Moroso was presented by Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka at their showroom in Milan this April. The chair design was the tub chair upholstered in differently textured white fabrics established part of a lighting installation at the showroom called Twilight.
