Leather scrap fed this modern chair. It was turned into random skin patterns, referring to cell structures and growth in nature. The unique chair used was modified, so sometimes slightly seemed to grow. Recycling old furnitures and leatherscrap into fairytale furnitures.
This collection of furniture by covering an assortment of old chairs in odd scraps of leather was created by Dutch designer Pepe Heykoop. Covering each chair entirely, the leather offcuts were roughly stitched together. Photography was by Annemarijne Bax.
