Ferruccio Laviani designed Doda Chair, which was a modern interpretation of the classic French bergère for Molteni & C. Because of its unique shape, a very inviting armchair could be easily recognized. Creating a “sliding” design, one that was able to offer its user a visual satisfaction as well, straight lines were combined with interesting curves. The Doda Chair was complemented with a base that could be either fixed or movable. It came with the color palette is diverse and so was the upholstering material. It was also available a leather finish as well. A complementary cushion could also be ordered. This contemporary chair could be transformed by “Easy Puff” into a more comfortable lounger.
