Seeing from far, The Duramen looks like melting chocolate syrup. The Duramen series of handmade wooden sculptures are created by Rémy Clémente and Morgan Maccari of Bonsoir Paris . The concept of the sculpture design is inspired by the process of melting into puddles on the floor. The sculpture is made of the choice of noble materials, such as Oak, Fir, Wenge, Pear and Linden. The wooden sculpture consists of three articulate sculptures to allow the mind, visualizing an objects form, which is twisted from its original skeleton.
