Kelland Nelson House – Modern House Design

This house is designed with high level of privacy shelter in order to get refugee from complex of routinity. The living spaces located on the private side of two curving, massive brick walls. The two walls are cement-bagged and finished with white painting. There are some methods to get the natural light come into the house: washing along soft brick surfaces, soaking down through skylights protected by outer skins of membrane, filtering in through many combinations of timber shutters, or reflecting up from the pool onto the ceilings.

Minimalist House Design in Formentera Spanish Island

This building sits between existing woods and an old traditional stone wall with 12×12 sqm floor area. Beach Villa House by Shigeru Ban – Dellis Cay in the Carribean

Dellis Cay is an impressive luxury lifestyle private island in the Carribean. It is a secluded 560-acre island in the Turks & Calicos archipelago. Fifteen villas will be located on 0.5 – 1.1 acre lots. Each villa includes its own over-water pavilion, which is a complete self-contained house in itself, and links to each main villa by private bridge. Shigeru Ban, a Japanese architect has designed two villas for purchase; those are called Maison H and Maison S.
