Nigata House – A Japanese House Design by Daigo Ishii

This house is designed with the consideration of relationship between the occupants of the house and their environment. Located in front of the spacious rice fields, this Nigata house consists of a ground floor and three huts above it.
The ground floor is an open space for time enjoying with the friends. Here, the direction of the activity is parallel to the scenery so they realize of the scenery.
The three huts are the private spaces with differentiation of material finishing and how the view is cutted of. Eventhough, each hut has four windows in four directions to maximize the light and wind receiving effectively.
The western hut is functioned as bedroom that is finished in wood with suitable interior for sleeping ambiance. The central hut, finished in metal and you can see a big picture of the scenery as it cut to emphasize it. While in the eastern hut, finished in mirror and paint with strong gloss. However it will reflect the scenery on the surface, that means bring the exterior as the interior finishing. This is a smart idea from the Daigo Ishii + Future-scape Architects, as the architects of this friendly house.

Modern Minimalist House in Minami Boso

This a villa with modern minimalist designs. Take a place in Boso Peninsula east of Tokyo, less than 2 hours drive from downtown Tokyo. The concept of design was inspired by the natural landscape of the site’s surroundings that is facing the Pacific Ocean and majestic mountains as its backdrop. So the villa came up with the one continuous wall folded in different directions setting up the various views. Designed by Kiyonobu Nakagame Architects, this contemporary design embraces minimalism to the fullest, with a simple layout that yields to the surrounding awe-inspiring views. Storefront-style windows cover most of the house exterior, framed by a continuous wall that wraps around corners and folds upwards to create a private upper-level loft space.

Boukyo House, Japanese Architecture by Nakayama Achitects

Sited in Sapporo, Japan, this home has put the private areas far away from the public areas. The private areas consist of two bedrooms and bathroom. While the public areas accommodate dining room, living room, and kitchen. A naturally rusting effect come from steel which is cover the exterior home. The interior is awesome with the application of wood material and natural color composition for the walls and floors. The lighting makes a pleasant ambiance of the interiors. This is a great design by Nakayama Architects.

Bener Exterior Tropical House Design

Bener Tropical House has 4 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The design is clean and modern with a contemporary colonial theme. It has its own large private swimming pool and pool spa in tropical garden surroundings conveniently built right outside the kitchen servery window. You can sit around the pool in the huge outdoor entertainment area or in the pool spa itself and take in the views of the mountains and rainforest backdrop, before strolling out to the beach for a swim or dinner.

House Style

The master bedroom is a huge parents retreat with a luxurious ensuite bathroom conatining spa bath and twin glass overcounter vanity basins. There are glass panelled sliding doors opening out directly onto the beautifully landscaped pool area.All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, fans and built in robes. The whole house is luxurious and newly renovated under the discerning eye of an interior designer.
There are 2 separate large indoor living areas and two outdoor recreational areas plus the front and rear gardens/lawns areas.
