Modern Furniture Design of Round Glass Dining Table by Molteni

Modern Furniture Design of Round Glass Dining Table by Molteni

Foster + Partners for Italian furniture firm Molteni designed the modern round glass dining table. The contemporary architecture and art inspired the contemporary table. A round table was actually a piece of art in itself. The sculptural base consisted of a mixture of cement and organic fiber. The table furniture was provided in white or grey. The tabletop was made of glass, so it was called the glass table. The round or oval-shaped tabletop of tempered glass made a clear view of the stand-out base. The tabletop measured 130, 140 or 150 cm in diameter (round), or 200 by 130 cm (oval), in extra-light finish. Pair this dining table with some ultra-modern chairs and an oversized chandelier for added impact. For more info visit Molteni. Continue reading
