 The Wave, Unique Desk Design by Robert Brou

The ‘Wave’ desk was designed by Georgia-based designer and craftsman Robert Brou . Creating the modern desk, a new ‘Slice’ technique had been used. Creating file folder storage with a drawer above, the desk design had a two-tower structure featuring towers sliced. One of the towers of the desk, there was a small drawer that included a pullout work surface on the top. Two and a half inch thick Poplar lumber carved as a random wavy pattern in the form of layers covered both the towers. The concept of the MILK Desk was a desk should “hold a lot but show almost nothing”. It was designed by Soren Kjaer combined with Holmris Hansen A/S. The modern desk was due to the internal wire ports and storage compartments of this super sleek computer workstation. The desk design made of the mere 55 x 25 inch. Ample work surface especially for today’s smaller computer hardware was provided. There was a space for a sunken fish tank or potted plant.
